About TrueVitals

TrueVitals is a UK private blood testing service. We offer comprehensive health panels covering 47 to 110 biomarkers — with professional phlebotomist-led collection, UK laboratory analysis, AI-powered cross-system reporting informed by University of Leeds biochemistry research, and medical professional review on every report.

Three things set TrueVitals apart. First, AI-powered reporting that cross-references your biomarkers across every health system simultaneously — processing nearly 6,000 possible interactions across a full panel. Second, your lifestyle quiz data (goals, symptoms, diet, exercise, stress, sleep) is layered on top of the biomarker analysis for a genuinely personalised report. Third, every report is reviewed by a medical professional before release. Most services give you raw numbers. TrueVitals gives you understanding.

TrueVitals complements your GP — it does not replace them. Your report gives you and your doctor deeper insight to work with. Share your PDF report with your GP for the most informed conversation about your health. Clinical decisions, treatment and prescriptions remain with your healthcare professional.

TrueVitals was founded alongside leaders in cutting-edge AI technology, data analytics, and pioneering biochemistry and nutritional science research from the University of Leeds — then partnered with one of the UK's most trusted laboratory and phlebotomy networks.

Panels & Choosing

Core (£159, 47 biomarkers) — essential health baseline. Insight (£199, 57 biomarkers) — adds inflammation, thyroid, mineral balance and preventative markers. Advanced (£269, 74 biomarkers) — best all-round choice with hormones, cardiac markers and performance insight. Ultimate (£349, up to 110 biomarkers) — most popular, maximum-depth coverage across every major system. Take the quiz for a personalised recommendation.

The Ultimate Panel is the most popular choice — up to 110 biomarkers covering every major health system. It is the most comprehensive private blood test available in the UK under £600. Nothing else comes close without spending almost double.

Each panel page lists every biomarker by health system group. For a full in-depth explanation of every biomarker, visit the biomarkers page. You can also compare panels side by side.

Contact us before your blood draw is booked and we may be able to switch your panel. Once the appointment has been booked or samples collected, changes may not be possible.

If every included biomarker in your selected panel comes back within our optimal range, we will refund your test cost. If you pay, you should learn something meaningful about your health. Applies to Insight, Advanced and Ultimate panels. Terms apply.

Sample Collection

No. Your samples are collected by a professional phlebotomist using clinical-grade collection materials. You choose between a clinic appointment (£19) or a home visit (£49). TrueVitals is not a self-collection or finger-prick service.

No. TrueVitals uses professional venous blood collection — the reliable sample volume needed for accurate laboratory analysis across comprehensive biomarker panels. Finger-prick samples are unreliable for the depth of testing we provide.

You can book a clinic appointment at locations across the UK through our phlebotomy partner network, or arrange a home visit where a phlebotomist comes to you. Collection options and availability are shown during the booking process.

For the most accurate results, we recommend fasting for 8–12 hours before your blood draw (water is fine). This is particularly important for glucose, lipid and metabolic markers. Specific guidance is provided when you book your appointment.

Yes. Some medications may influence certain biomarker results. Your report will provide context where relevant, and we recommend discussing your results alongside your medication history with your GP or prescribing professional.

Yes. Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling is usually straightforward with enough notice. Late changes may be subject to availability or fees depending on the phlebotomy provider.

Results & Reports

Results are typically available within 5–10 working days of your sample being received by the laboratory. Timings can vary depending on collection scheduling and lab processing.

Yes. Every TrueVitals report is reviewed by a medical professional before release. No exceptions.

Biomarker-by-biomarker explanations, health system summaries, cross-system pattern analysis, nutrition and lifestyle context, next-step guidance, a downloadable PDF and an interactive dashboard. For a detailed breakdown, visit the report page.

Yes. Your report includes a downloadable PDF to share with your GP, consultant or any healthcare professional. We encourage it — your results give your doctor deeper data to work with.

Your report highlights areas worth discussing with a healthcare professional, with context on what the results may mean. TrueVitals provides structured health insight that complements professional medical care — share your report with your GP for clinical follow-up.

Yes. With each additional test, your dashboard becomes richer. AI tracks how your biomarkers change over time, identifies trends, and provides likely explanations for shifts — giving you a living, evolving picture of your health.

AI & Technology

AI cross-references your biomarker results and lifestyle quiz data across every health system simultaneously — processing nearly 6,000 possible interactions across a full panel. It identifies patterns the human eye would miss and structures the findings into a personalised report. Every report is then reviewed by a medical professional before release.

AI-powered reporting is a cross-system analysis tool — it identifies patterns and structures findings into personalised insight. Clinical decisions remain with your GP or specialist.

The quiz covers your goals, symptoms, diet, exercise habits, stress levels and sleep patterns. This data is layered on top of your biomarker analysis so the report is personalised to your actual life — not a generic template.

Your anonymised biomarker results and lifestyle quiz data are processed through AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT. Your data is stripped of personal identifiers before AI processing — the AI systems never see your name or contact details.

Other Questions

If a sample fails due to issues outside your control, we will review the situation and explain the available options, which may include a repeat collection. If the failure relates to preparation instructions not being followed (such as fasting), different terms may apply.

Yes. The Advanced and Ultimate panels include hormones, cardiac muscle markers, recovery signals, antioxidant status and deeper metabolic profiling — designed for anyone serious about performance, recovery and long-term health optimisation.

NHS blood tests are typically limited to what is clinically indicated at that moment. TrueVitals offers broader panels (up to 110 biomarkers), cross-system AI-powered analysis, personalised reporting, and longitudinal tracking — giving you a proactive, comprehensive health picture rather than a reactive snapshot.
